These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the True Home LLC website and the services we provide. By booking an appointment, calling for service, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

When you book online or by phone, you’re asking us to dispatch a technician at the time slot you selected. We confirm appointments by text and email — your appointment is firm once you receive that confirmation.
We charge a flat diagnostic fee for the visit. The diagnostic covers the technician’s time to inspect the appliance and identify the problem. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic is credited toward the cost of the work.
All repair work is quoted on a flat-rate basis before any work begins. The price includes parts, labor, and any return trip needed to complete the original repair.
Payment is due on completion of the repair. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and tap-to-pay. If invoicing is arranged in advance, payment terms are net-15 from the invoice date.
We guarantee parts and labor on each repair for twelve (12) months from the date of service. If the same fault recurs within that period, we will return and repair it at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single repair is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, food spoilage from a delayed refrigerator repair, lost income, or alternative-housing costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may decline to perform a repair if a safety hazard is present (gas leak, exposed live wiring, severe water damage), if the appliance is too damaged for safe repair, or if the work environment is unsafe for our team. We’ll explain why and refund any prepaid amount.
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it’s free of bugs or downtime. You agree not to attempt to break, scrape, or interfere with the site, and not to use it to send unlawful or harmful content.
All site content — text, images, code, branding — is owned by True Home LLC or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires written permission.
How we handle the information you share is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site or our service you also agree to that policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated effective date will appear at the top of the page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
